Go Stats is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Stats, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
